BPI Express Online is the Internet banking facility of Bank of the Philippine Islands. It is one of best online banking services in the Philippines. Since I have a BPI express online, I personally recommend to use this Internet banking for your banking needs.
I used BPI express online since 2004 when I started to work at my first job. I have my salary account in BPI so I enrolled my account to BPI express online. In doing so, I can view my account online and transfer or send money to my relatives using Internet for free.
It is very easy to apply for BPI express online, you can do it online or by going to the branch where your account is located.
Applying for BPI Express Online Without BPI bank Account
For those people who want to apply for BPI express online without bank account at Bank of the Philippine Islands, you can follow the below procedures.
1. Apply for a BPI bank account at any branch near your place.
2. Tell the bank employee, you would like to apply also for the BPI express online.
3. When you have the approved BPI express online, you can activate it by going to any BPI ATM.
4. Insert your ATM then go to Special Services, Activate Enrollments and lastly to Express Online. Wait for 1-2 days before logging in to your express online account. You can start now to use the special services for express online.
Applying for BPI Express Online With BPI bank Account
If you already have a BPI bank account, you can apply for express online using the Internet. You can see the the video below if you to learn more.
1. You can go to BPI express online website and then go to Enroll Now.
2. Complete the form by your account number and a 2-digit number joint account indicator located at the lower right corner in front of your ATM. Choose also if you are applying for savings or checking account but normally you can see all BPI bank account in one express online account.
3. Activate your enrollment in any BPI ATM within 20 days after application if you are in the Philippines or mail the enrollment form to BPI Main office or to your branch if you’re in abroad.
4. After you activated your enrollment to Express Online, you can now start to enjoy the services offered through online banking by BPI.
BPI express online is the best way to access your account online anywhere and anytime provided if you have Internet connection. By using it, you can transfer money to other people, pay bills online, have an automatic savings account and many more.

Hi. I just want to make a follow-up regarding my account. Last October 2, 2010, i used by BPI ATM card when i purchased groceries from Robinons Dumaguete, the cashier swipe my card but it doesnt approved by the machine so i decided to pay cash amounting to P 1,500. When i chech my balance on the same date, that amount was deducted on my account. I ask the assistance from Customer Service of the merchant, they said that they will make necessary action with this matter. But until now, November 5, 2010, that amount was not yet returned to my account. Please help me. Thanks.

sometimes it takes more than 1 or 2 months to get back your money from the bank so you need to follow up it few times.
