Just want to give you some information about how to withdraw your money or funds from your Citiseconline account. I withdrew my funds last week and the money was credited to my BPI account last Monday, September 12, 2011. It took 4 days to transfer my money from Citisec to BPI account excluding Saturday and Sunday.
It is very easy to withdraw your existing balance, you just need to fill up the withdrawal form, scan it and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org together with your valid ID like passport, SSS ID or any ID with your picture for validation.
You can instruct Citisec to deposit the money to your registered bank account or you can personally get the check at their office. You may also nominate an authorized representative if you can’t go to their office in person or if you’re in abroad.
In addition, as an added reminder, make sure your bank account and telephone number is updated in your Citiseconline account because they will check if what you put on the withdrawal form is the same with the bank account on your Citisec information. You should also update your phone because they will call you whenever there’s a problem about the process of withdrawal.
If you want to update your information, you should go to Home and then click the Change Profile under the Open an Account button.
