I am a permanent resident in New Zealand and I would like to open an EON account with Union Bank since we have a housing loan, UBP PN No. 011019636999 which i think easier for me to pay my loan while I am abroad. I’ve been issuing postdated checks from my other bank account and I’m having a hard time to monitor my payments. Thank you!
Cheers!

GSIS wake up. Give the pensioners the option where they want their pension money deposited. Why do you zero in on UBP alone? There are not enough UBP branches in the provinces.Yes, pensions can be withdrawn through ATMs of other banks but that kind of inter-bank service is not for free. Maryosep naman kayo. For every withdrawal, may kaltas ang serving bank. Have mercy and be pro-people.

Unlike other banks (e.g. BDO, PNB,LBP), I seldom see a UBP branch in Quezon city area, much less in Novaliches. Are there branches in these places? Accessability to UBP is rather not easy. Think of the many GSIS pensioners who are constrained to maintain their pension deposit at UBP!

1. Is P1,000 also an initial deposit in an ATM account?
2. Is it possible to deposit a check from other bank and do I still have to sign it every time I deposit?
3. How many days I can use/withdraw after the process of my account?

thanks gil..
