Gil April 15, 2012 at 13:18

Hi Ree,

I checked RCBC website and I found no requirements on gross income, only just a copy of certificate of employment or proof of income.

learnfe January 24, 2012 at 12:59

Hi, maybe you should apply to other banks like Metrobank and BPI. I’ll considering to apply a credit card in Metrobank.

thomx June 8, 2011 at 14:47

I think, BPI makes it easy for their card holders to pay their bills online, monitor their expenses, and most of all, BPI’s method in paying debts is very easy. Just enter the amount (any amount will do, based on my experience only, unless, the statement date is far approaching). You can also pay via Mobile phones and Telephones (Express Phone). I don’t know about the other banks.
