How to Learn Anything from Nothing to Basic Competence

Learning something could be very hard for some people and perhaps easy for others. As we grow older, the chance of learning something can be small because of the little spare time we have.

However, it is not true that you cannot learn anymore. For example, I know some people learn playing guitar even when they are old. Usually, skill like this is learned when you are in high school.

It is good to know that we can learn something even when we are busy doing our job and taking care of our family. Some people may say that you need a lot of time to learn but there’s a guy named Josh Kaufman that hypothesize that you can learn fast up to basic competence just by deliberate learning for 20 hours.

It may sound crazy but there’s no impossible when you put your time and heart on that thing. I remember when I am learning how to play guitar. I put hours just to practice and I’m not going bored. In my opinion, I think it is possible to learn anything in that 20-hour period if you have the time, resources, and commitment to learn.

Anyway, you can watch the video on his talk about this topic below.

I wish you learn from it and don’t give up if you are planning to learn something new.
