I am a firm believer that the Bible has given to us to teach us what to do in our life. It has been the standard I have obeyed in my life since I became Christian. Sometimes, I’m writing topics related to what the Bible is teaching about money and finance. Here’s the reason why.

There are many lessons and wisdom that you can get from the Bible about money, work, business and finance. I have read the Book of Proverbs two months ago and I have noticed that it is full of wisdom about money, finance, relationship and work.

In this post, I would like to make a list about 100 most famous Bible verses about money and finance. I hope you will enjoy this one. Please keep on reading! All of the verses mentioned here comes from the New International Version (1984) of the Bible.

1. Deuteronomy 15:6

For the LORD your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will rule over many nations but none will rule over you.

2. Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

3. 1 Timothy 6:10

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
